They have to be followed by the Kabbalah believers in order for them to achieve physical and spiritual enlightment.
Kabbalah is not considered only as a religion. In fact, it is accepted as the human soul. Man and Kabblah are therefore really tightly connected to each other. Using the Kabbalah teachings, everyone has the possibility to reach the peak of greatness and maintain their spiritual and physical realm. This includes following the ten Sephirots.
